“You had me at Hello…Hola…Bonjour!”
Raised in the cultural and linguistic potpourri of India, and now calling Indiana home, I am a citizen of the world. Find out how experiences on four continents revealed a simple insight that instantly broke down barriers, and warmed up the stranger next to you.
With tales across oceans, the magic of Disney, and an 80+ year-old grandmother, see how the power of ‘hello’ celebrates diversity and brings the outside in.
Neelay Bhatt’s career has spanned three continents, with experiences at Disney, the Super Bowl, and the Summer Olympics and Paralympics Games. He’s passionate about people, and as a speaker and trainer has been fortunate to learn from and teach students, professionals, and executives worldwide on subjects such as marketing and branding, customer service excellence, diversity, and strategic planning.
He is passionate about the Olympic games and ideals. His service on the National Recreation and Park Association’s Board of Directors is committed to ensuring that “no child is left indoors.” His life can be summed up in one line: “In the end, it’s always fine. If it’s not fine…it’s not the end!”
Our Friend John Thomas took extensive notes during the big day and offers up an awesome recap the highlights. Enjoy these key takeaways!
Neelay Bhatt : "You had me at Hello...Hola...Bonjour!"
Well Done was a proud presenting sponsor yet again of last week's TEDxIndianapolis. I could tell you about the graphic design work that we contributed, the website we developed, or the blogs we wrote.
But really, it was the day of the event itself that was fascinating. The theme "Get Outside IN" led to many creative interpretations.
The highlights for me were definitely Neelay Bhatt, the musical performances, and getting to connect with so many interesting members of our community.
